If you miss the two-week deadline, or cannot obtain a CA Seller's Permit in time, any remaining parts seller spaces can be purchased on a first come first serve basis on site the weekend of the event.
To purchase a parts seller space, enter Gate 15 on Arrow Highway. Spaces are sold starting at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday (the day before each event); many people arrive early and wait in line to get the best choice of the available spaces.
Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. the spaces are sold and assigned out of our office trailer parked under the red and white striped tent by the drag strip. If any spaces remain after 5:00 p.m. Saturday, they are sold and assigned out of the office trailer located at Gate 15.
The cost is $50 per space, cash only. Only one vehicle is permitted on a space, and trailers are counted as vehicles. Each space is approximately 20' X 20'. Remember, the Pomona Swap Meet is an automotive event. Please bring your automotive related items for sale.To avoid the inconvenience and uncertainty of waiting in line to purchase space(s) at the event, it is highly recommended that you pre-reserve. By pre-reserving parts seller spaces, you not only save money, you receive your passes in the mail and by pass the waiting line and the chance of a sell out.
