All Pre-reserved parts sellers must have a valid California seller’s permit to pre-reserve parts seller spaces at the Pomona Swap Meet. If you need information regarding obtaining a California Resale Permit, please contact the Victoria Lee at the West Covina office of the California State Board of Equalization at (626) 480-7249 or visit their web site at www.boe.ca.gov. California Seller's Permits are free of charge.
