GFK&hellip;{"id":10485,"date":"2018-05-22T14:45:55","date_gmt":"2018-05-22T21:45:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pomonaswapmeet.com\/blog\/?p=10485"},"modified":"2018-05-23T14:51:23","modified_gmt":"2018-05-23T21:51:23","slug":"gfk-style-at-pomona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pomonaswapmeet.com\/blog\/2018\/05\/22\/gfk-style-at-pomona\/","title":{"rendered":"Kick Off SoCal VW Week in (GFK) Style at Pomona on June 3rd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Original German Folks Klub is headlining SoCal VW Week, starting at the June 3rd Pomona Swap Meet &amp; Classic Car Show!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">That&#8217;s right&#8230; GFK will be featured on the Main Aisle in our Volkswagen Car Corral.\u00a0 The Klub will be rolling deep, so get ready to see some of the baddest Bugs, Buses, Notchbacks, and Ghias in all of Southern California!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Established in 1982, the German Folks have been regulars in Pomona for nearly forty years.\u00a0 What started as a small club in the San Gabriel Valley has grown into an international force, with chapters in Japan and the U.K., as well as in California, Arizona, and Texas! The Klub&#8217;s vintage VWs have become known for their GFK Style: a restoration technique that involves\u00a0restoring the car to factory specs, using as many original parts as possible.
