Welcome Santa Barbara Woodie Club!<\/h2>\n
We are excited to present the Santa Barbara Woodie Club as our April 16th featured car club!<\/p>\n
The Santa Barbara Woodie Club is a chapter of the National Woodie Club. They state that their purpose is to\u00a0promote interest in Woodies; to educate owners and the public on their history, beauty, usefulness and uniqueness.<\/p>\n
Santa Barbara Woodie Club is a registered California 501(c)(7) non profit corporation. Their beneficiaries have included the Santa Barbara City College scholarship fund, Unity Shoppe, National Woodie Club Scholarship Fund, & more.<\/p>\n
Club membership is open to anyone who appreciates wooden bodied automobiles. You do not need to own a car. Membership is $25 annually renewing on August 1st.<\/p>\n
The Woodie Club hosts monthly cruise events and an annual “Woodies at the Beach” show on the west lawn at Santa Barbara City College.\u00a0Come for the Cars. Stay for the People!<\/p>\n
