It had all the bells and whistles of Cadillac but packed a big punch of a 425-cid big block V8 producing 385 HP (25 more than the top 4-4-2). The only detractor to some collectors is that the Toronado was front-wheel drive, even though Buick thoroughly developed the drivetrain and it worked very well.
