We also love to see clubs spending a day together, building friendships and enjoying the swap meet. It&#8217;s part of our mission to support the classic car hobby, and it&#8217;s why we&#8217;re happy to invite a Featured Car Club to each of our events.\u00a0Our\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">June 5, 2016 Featured Car Club, the German Rejects Volkswagen Car Club, is a tight-knit group\u00a0of air and water-cooled Volkswagen enthusiasts, who are fun-loving and always there for each other.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The German Rejects is\u00a0a relatively new club, founded in Pacoima, Calif. in March 2015 by Roberto, PJ, and Adrian. The three friends have grown the club to 21 members, and they&#8217;re always looking to expand their membership with\u00a0like-minded VW owners, whether you&#8217;ve got a Type 1, 2, 3 or 4; a show car, a daily driver or a project car.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The club&#8217;s goal is to help the less fortunate, and members enjoy participating in fundraising events to benefit those in need. Their most recent fundraiser was for a cause too close to home, when they collected donations for a fellow Reject, Rodrigo, who suffered a stroke during one of the club&#8217;s cruises. The club was proud to be able to raise money and support him in his time of need.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The\u00a0German Rejects\u00a0also celebrated their first anniversary at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nethercuttcollection.org\/Museum.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">the Nethercutt Museum<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0recently, where\u00a0they were joined by many other SoCal Volkswagen clubs to celebrate. The Rejects plan to continue cruising together for many more years to come so if you&#8217;ve got Vee Dub fever and are interested in joining them on their next adventure, they meet every Friday from 7-10 p.m. in the<\/span> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/9750+Woodman+Ave,+Los+Angeles,+CA+91331\/@34.2482197,-118.4503137,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x80c290e44a18106d:0xe93b959e2988a4e6!8m2!3d34.2482197!4d-118.448125\" target=\"_blank\">Walgreen&#8217;s<\/a><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">parking lot (located at 9750 Woodman Avenue, Arleta, Calif).
