1963 California License Plates, DMV Clear Guaranteed, Natural, include an original used condition 1968 validation sticker, correct for a 1968 passenger vehicle, DMV issued letter "W" in 1968. Plates are in good used condition except for, scratches & wear, No rust, no additional holes, or tears. DMV Clear on 4/10/26. I'll provide DMV forms required. Frames not included.
