7. Fraud & Scams
In effort to protect our customers against fraud, George Cross & Sons, Inc. has a zero tolerance policy for fraudulent behavior. If scam behavior is detected or reported, George Cross & Sons, Inc. will investigate these reports along with advising that the report be submitted to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and the local law enforcement agency. George Cross & Sons, Inc. will act in accordance with the decisions of the law enforcement agency and will attempt to remedy the situation which may include deleting the fraudulent activity along with banning the individual from using George Cross & Sons, Inc. services, without refunds for services paid for. **NO REFUNDS will be issued.**

8. Links and Other Sites
You understand that we make available and you may use at your own risk a variety of links to other websites. All such content, goods and services are made accessible on the Internet by independent third parties and are not part of PomonaSwapMeet.com or controlled by George Cross & Sons, Inc. 9. Indemnity
