Join us in welcoming members of the Cruisin’ Brothers to the March 1, 2015 Pomona Swap Meet & Classic Car Show, where they will be our Featured Car Club. The group is a fellowship of multi-ethnic gear heads from the Inland Empire of Southern California, who came together to celebrate their love for all things related to American car culture. There are approximately 100 families in the fellowship. They’re a diverse group with careers ranging from truck drivers, politicians, police officers, professionals, etc, but all share a like mission; the preservation and advancement of the mid-century cruising lifestyle. It’s great to see that the Cruisin’ Brothers taste for classic cars and trucks is just as diverse.

Their classics have won more awards than they care to list, but the lifestyle, family and friendship is what’s really important to them. The Cruisin’ Brothers are always eager to assist and support each other, and then jump at any opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie of cruising in their pre-1974 classic cars and trucks. V8 American iron only, of course.

The fellowship feels blessed and enjoys giving back through four key efforts; Support of the revitalization of Historical Downtown Upland, support the restoration of the historic Route 66 Gas Station in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, support of Business Partners in Education at Central Elementary School District, and support of the Automotive Technology Program at Chaffey Community College, in Rancho Cucamonga. They also enthusiastically support other groups causes by attending numerous fund raising car shows and events. Many Cruisin’ Brothers members have been loyal supporters of the Pomona Swap Meet for years, as well.

Cruisin’ Brothers hold a monthly car show/cruise on the 4th Friday of every month, March-November from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.,  in Historical Downtown Upland (9th St. & 2nd Ave.) and meet every Friday morning at Kalvin’s Donuts, 9721 Baseline Rd, Rancho Cucamonga (south east corner of Baseline/Archibald) from 8-10am.

Stop by and say “hello” to the group. They’ll have their impressive display of vehicles parked on the front row of  the Classic Car Corral.
