The Key Club Returns to the Pomona Spotlight

A familiar name and a longtime favorite, The Key Club is once again rolling into the Pomona Swap Meet & Classic Car Show as a Featured Car Club. Founded in Pomona by Art Gonzalez and his partner Cisco, the club has grown from local roots into an internationally recognized G-Body community with chapters spanning San Diego, Japan, and London — all while proudly calling Pomona home.

Specializing in General Motors G-Body vehicles from 1978–1988, The Key Club lineup regularly features eye-catching Chevy El Caminos, sleek Monte Carlos, classic Cutlass Supremes, and iconic Buick Regals. Their dedication to restoration, customization, and preservation has made them a standout presence in the Classic Car Corral year after year.

For more than two decades, The Key Club has been a consistent part of the Pomona Swap Meet experience. What began as shared interests in bikes and cars evolved into something much bigger, a close-knit automotive family built on craftsmanship, camaraderie, and community. Monthly meetups, early-morning swap meet traditions, and afternoons spent grilling and talking shop are all part of the culture that keeps the club thriving.

Visitors can expect polished builds, passionate conversations, and a welcoming group eager to share their love for G-Bodies with fellow enthusiasts. Be sure to stop by the Main Aisle of the Car Corral, check out their latest rides, snap a few photos, and learn more about joining one of the most recognized G-Body communities around.
