Featured Car Club Wrap-Up: Inland Empire Corvettes
February 17, 2026

The first Pomona Swap Meet & Classic Car Show of the year kicked off in true high-octane fashion on Sunday, January 18, 2026, and the spotlight shined bright on our Featured Car Club, The Inland Empire Corvettes. From early-morning arrivals to the final laps through the aisles, Corvette pride was on full display and set the tone for an unforgettable start to the season.
A Corvette Showcase Across Generations
The Inland Empire Corvettes brought an impressive lineup that celebrated the full evolution of America’s sports car. From beautifully restored classics to modern performance builds, attendees were treated to a rare opportunity to see multiple Corvette generations parked side-by-side. Polished chrome, vibrant paint finishes, and meticulous detailing drew crowds throughout the day, with cameras constantly snapping and conversations flowing between owners and admirers alike.
Community, Connection, and Car Culture
Beyond the vehicles themselves, what truly stood out was the welcoming energy of the Inland Empire Corvettes members. Club members spent the day meeting fellow enthusiasts, answering questions about ownership and restoration, and sharing information about their meetups and cruise-outs throughout Southern California. Newcomers curious about joining the Corvette community found friendly faces and open invitations, while longtime owners enjoyed reconnecting with others who share the same passion.
Their strong sense of camaraderie reflected exactly what the Pomona Swap Meet is all about, bringing people together through a shared love of automotive history and performance.
A Perfect Kickoff to the Year
With thousands of vendors, miles of parts and memorabilia, and rows of display vehicles filling the Fairplex, the January event delivered the energy and excitement that attendees have come to expect. The Inland Empire Corvettes’ presence elevated the experience even further, adding a focused celebration of one of the most iconic nameplates in automotive history.
From sunrise arrivals to the final vendor strolls in the afternoon, the day proved once again why Pomona remains a must-attend destination for collectors, builders, and enthusiasts alike.
Thank You, Inland Empire Corvettes
We extend a sincere thank you to the Inland Empire Corvettes Car Club for bringing their enthusiasm, stunning vehicles, and welcoming spirit to the January show. Their participation helped create a vibrant and engaging experience for guests of all ages and automotive interests.
