The truck does have visible rust and patina, but it has a lot of important pieces still with it. It has the fenders, grille, hood, front sheet metal, running boards, drivetrain, and a lot of extra parts inside the back of the truck.
The truck reportedly ran when parked a couple years ago. It had a rebuilt flathead engine and transmission, 12-volt conversion, new gauges that were hooked up, working brakes at the time, and newer tires when it was last together. It has been sitting, so assume it will need the fuel tank cleaned, carburetor gone through/rebuilt, fluids checked, brake inspection, battery, and basic recommissioning before trying to run and drive it again.
The biggest missing items are the two rear barn-style delivery doors. They swing outward left and right. I had considered fabricating them, but I am listing it as-is so the next owner can restore, preserve, or hot rod it their way.
Good candidate for a traditional hot rod, shop truck, advertising vehicle, restoration project, flathead Ford build, or rare prewar commercial Ford project. These old panel delivery bodies are getting very hard to find, especially with the drivetrain, fenders, grille, and major sheet metal still present.
Sold as a project vehicle. Buyer should inspect in person and verify condition, parts, title paperwork, and transport needs before purchase.
