The engine features a cast-iron block, an aluminum cylinder head, dual overhead camshafts, and a black-finished intake plenum with “BMW M Power” lettering. In addition to the gearbox, the package includes a wiring harness and Bosch Motronic control module from a 1989 E30 M3.
